Spate Magazine is a award nominated brand founded in 2006 and launched in 2007. Within only 2 months Spate Magazine was working side by side with superstars such as 50 cent, Nicki Minaj and more. Spate Magazine has worked with major brands such as MTV. Spate Magazine was also the first magazine to put Nicki Minaj on the cover. Spate Magazine started as a print publication but because of the decline in print sales Spate decided to become a strictly digital publication. Spate Media was launched in 2009 and is a very diverse brand with digital magazines, cartoon animation, artist management, video production, web design, awards, advertising, online radio, television and more. Spate Media has helped build online presence for such prestigious broadway plays like "The mountain top" starring Samuel L. Jackson and Angela Bassett. Antoine has over 10 years of experience in the entertainment business. Antoine's day consists of talking with major executives on how Spate Media can help them reach their marketing and branding goals.
Rondell Maddox aka MaddMann is an award winning hip hop artist and editor of Spate magazine. MaddMann also is the director of A&R for artists that wish to be a part of Spate magazine.
Rondell's day consists Of coming up with interesting ideas for future projects and listening to 100's of songs that are sent in by music artists.
Current News
Spate Media recently launched Spate Financial group in partnership with major brands like Discover, Black Card, Gerber Life insurance to bring quality financial products to our audience. Spate Media also partnered with Samuel Jackson and Angela Bassett to promote "The mountain top" Broadway play online. We are also launching a TV show on the NYCLF Network called "The Pot Of Gold" in 2012 and three new digital magazine launches including 88 Keys magazine about music production.
