Jezzy and Rick Ross seem to still have a problem with each other. This beef started over a song where Rick Ross references BMF and Jeezy seemed to have a problem with it.
Common just outright said rappers that sing are just soft. drake took offense cause he is the biggest singer in hip hop and responded by dissing Common at a recent show.
Waka Flocka said Wiz Khalifa was all hype and he has no swag. Wiz never responded though.
50 cent made a comment about Tiny, TI's wife saying she should have went to jail for him. TI upset with the comment responded by saying he would never do that. They recently squashed their beef.
Lil Kim and Nicki Minaj are still beefing because Lil Kim feels Nicki Minaj stole her swag and never acknowledged her as being the Queen of hip hop. This is still an on going beef and Nicki seems to think Kim is a has been.
Mac Miller has surpassed another milestone, as his track "Donald Trump" of his Best Day Ever mixtape went gold.

Dame Grease recently revealed that he will be acting as executive producer for DMX next LP
Coming Back into the game hard DMX is considered by many to be one of the greatest heavyweight rappers to still do it . Back in July Grease revealed to HipHop Dx that he's currently working on DMX's album, but it was announced recently DMX has appointed Grease to executive produce his next LP. as told to Hip Hop Dx Grease says: “First and foremost, I’m pretty sure the world know about it,” said Dame, who produced the bulk of X’s debut It’s Dark and Hell is Hot. “[DMX] came home two days ago, we’re working on a brand new album with [him] right now. Was in the studio last night, we back in the studio tonight. We’re working on a brand new album, good energy, the songs is phenomenal. It’s actually a good dose of what we need in Hip Hop right now.” Since the interview the album has been completed.
Grease is multi-tasking, currently he released 75 tracks for lease on soundcloud and continues to put his Signature on every Wave Mixtape Release on datpiff. Aside from releasing a slew of mixtapes Grease recently put his gritty beats on Jae Millz & Lil Waynes song "Forever Winning" and colloborated with the white girl Mob Kreayshawn on the track "Rum & Coke. In preparation for 2012 Grease is not only executive producing DMX LP but also putting out his own LP Martial Law with a soon to be released date.

The New York Times published a profile on Cee Lo Green the other day that details the various endorsement deals and tie-ins enabling the Grammy-winning Voice coach to live a lavish pop star lifestyle. Two interesting bits from the piece that jump out: Cee Lo will take part in a new Mark Burnett-produced British reality show called Cee Lo Takes The UK, which is to detail his old band Goodie Mobb’s reunion and recording of a new album in London; the singer is also headed to cool-off spot Las Vegas with theatrical show Loberace, which, unless we’re completely off mark, is a play on Green’s name as well as that of legendary piano man Liberace.
We got a chance to chop it up with the mogul in the making Shorty Roc about his music and magazine grind.

My name is Shorty Roc and I’m a Hip Hop Artist from The Bronx, NY that currently lives in Tampa, Fl. I’m also the Founder and President of GDE Magazine. Which everyone can check out at www.GDEMagazine.net
(Spate)What projects are you currently working on?
Right now I’m in the process of promoting my newest Mixtape titled “Child of God” which is a collection of songs that I created over the past year. It’s a project that is really close to my heart because the Mixtape tells my story of how I use to be in the streets, later found God, and now I’m just trying my best to make better decisions than I made in my past. I’m still making mistakes but I’m trying my best to do the right thing. I’m also in the process of working on my first official Album which should be due out in 2012 and I just got a few acting roles in some independent films So everyone needs to check for that too in 2012. (Spate)How has the Internet helped your music grind?
Honestly the internet has been a huge blessing to my Hip Hop Career. By making sure I have a constant online presence I have been able to spread my music across the world build a fanbase that even reaches outside the country. I also have been given a lot of opportunities to perform just by someone clicking on my website or my youtube links. So it’s a major component in the whole Shorty Roc* movement.
(Spate)What artists are you listening to right now?
I listen to a lot of underground Artist from New York. So if someone were to look into my Mp3 player they would find some Hell Rell, Uncle Murda, Asap Rocky, French Montana, and of course Lloyd Banks & 50 Cent. Oh and I can’t front I got that new Drake on repeat too.
(Spate)How do you feel about rappers starting beef to promote their albums or
Do you think beefing with other rappers is corny.
I can’t lie I kind of like when rappers start beefing with each other. I like it because a lot of times rappers start beefs because one of them actually mentions something that the average person was probably thinking but no one addressed. Sometimes I feel like a lot of Rappers spit some of their most entertaining lyrics when they’re dissing somebody else. The only time I really don’t like it is when the rapper that is dissing the other Artist gets scared to say his opponents name. I think that’s corny because if you got a problem with someone in my hood then you had to be a man about it and go to that person face to face or else everyone that you was soft.
(Spate)How do you feel about the new generation of rappers like Souljaboy, Lil B etc..?
I’m not really feeling the new generation of rappers. Because to me the new generation has made a lot of things that would be considered gay cool. The whole skinny jeans movement in the black community is really annoying. So for the new generation that endorses that I really feel like they should’ve kept that to themselves. Men need to dress like men and stop wearing their girlfriends pants and jeggings.
(Spate)What makes you unique as an artist?
A lot of rappers love to make music that sounds good over a beat and neglect the opportunity to use the power of influence they have to make a quality impact in their community. However my music is different because I make a conscious effort to put substance and messages in my music. So whether I’m encouraging a gangster to change his evil ways, giving some type of moral message, or simply telling my listeners to take time to enjoy life while they have it I try my best to make every track have some type of message in it. If my song doesn’t impact someone’s life or at least have the potential to then I feel like that’s a track that’s wasted. My goal is to maintain a balance between entertaining and educating the listener.
I got a lot of upcoming shows because I’m officially staring my “Money, Power, & Respect Tour” which will kick off with my December 30th show where I will be opening up for Dipset’s Jim Jones. People just gotta check the facebook or my website for the rest of the show dates.
(Spate)What are some of your goals for the next 2 years?
In the next 2 years I want to officially establish the Shorty Roc* & GDE Magazine brands in the minds and hearts of industry executives, Hip Hop lovers, and the overall general public. I also want to be signed to a major record label or just to be touring the world doing music and the magazine!
